Speech is transcribed as the feed runs, with timings and speaker turns, so a live stream becomes searchable text within seconds. Domain vocabulary can be supplied so names, products and codes come through correctly. Transcripts stream out incrementally rather than at the end, so downstream alerting can act on a phrase as it is spoken. Older segments are corrected as more context arrives.
The service runs on a private, dedicated cluster sized for your volume — a single GPU for a pilot, up to a hundred for a production estate. It is deployed where your data already lives: on premise, in your own AWS, GCP or OCI account, or in the super-gpu cloud.
