Live object detection / tracking

Objects are located, labelled and followed across the stream in real time, each keeping a consistent identifier while it stays in view. That turns a camera into a source of trajectories, which is what direction, dwell and rule-based alerting need. Rules can be attached to zones and directions, so an alert fires only when something crosses a line that matters. Latency is measured in frames rather than seconds.
